TC-FYG Back Pressure High Temperature Retort Sterilizer

This instrument is designed according to the requirements of the GB/T 10004-1998 standard for retort-resistant composite films and bags. The back pressure retort sterilizer is a small microcomputer-program-controlled device that uses electric heating to directly inject water into the sterilization chamber, generating high-pressure steam required for retorting. It is suitable for sterilizing items such as food packaging bags and related films. After sterilization, rapid cooling for 3 minutes is achieved using external compressed air and water pressure, reducing the temperature of items inside the chamber to 30–40°C. It is also an ideal equipment for food research institutions conducting sterile packaging tests.

Measurement Principle

Add distilled water, place the sample, tighten the container lid → Turn on the power → Set the test temperature and time → Press the start button to begin the test → The exhaust valve automatically opens to remove non-steam gases → When the temperature reaches 100°C, the exhaust valve automatically closes → Upon reaching the test temperature, the constant temperature test begins → After the set test time is reached → The air cooling device activates for rapid and uniform cooling → Back pressure replenishment → When the temperature drops to 40°C → The test ends, and the sample is removed.
